If you order the wrong equipment or material and your order has been shipped and you have not unpacked or opened your order, we will refund 90% less any shipping charges incurred to and from your destination. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
ORDERING
Please take all precautions when purchasing your equipment or supplies. We offer advice to you based on your representation. We do not guarantee sizing or application. We recommend that you get local advice and be sure prior to your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and a copy of your order. Please note, your order will be processed the following business day. It is your responsibility to be sure your order is placed properly and you or a representative of our company ordered the correct equipment and supplies. If something is incorrect you must notify us within 24 hours. If your order has shipped or been picked up you will be responsible for all costs associated with correcting your order.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, and Cash.
SALES TAX
HVAC Unit Warehouse is required by State Law to collect and remit sales tax at the % rate defined by the State and Local Governments. Currently and subject to change HVAC Unit Warehouse only collects and remits sales tax in the State of Mississippi. This is subject to change at any point in time with or without advanced notice, based on the constantly evolving rules governing eCommerce sales and tax collection requirements. In States that HVAC Unit Warehouse does not collect and remit sales tax it is your responsibility as the customer to report as Use Tax. The % rate HVAC Unit Warehouse collects and remits is a combination of the State % + County %. In Mississippi State tax of 7% is collected and remitted. Please Note: In order to for HVAC Unit Warehouse to accept a Tax Exempt Certificate we must have a copy of your certificate on hand for the current tax year and the form of payment must match the business name or personal name listed on the Tax Exempt Certificate in order to be considered valid and accepted prior to tax being removed. If HVAC Unit Warehouse fails to receive a valid tax certificate within 30 days from the date of the order we will not refund sales tax.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not shipped or been picked up, we will refund 100% of your payment if paid by cash, money order, or cashier’s check.
If your order has not shipped or been picked up, we will refund 97% of your payment if paid by credit card, Debit card, PayPal, or wire transfer.
If your order has been shipped or been picked up and you have not unpacked or opened your order, we will refund 90% less any shipping charges incurred to and from your destination.
If you have received your order and opened it, and it cannot be returned in the original condition as shipped, we will refund upon receipt and inspection an amount that is fair and equitable to both parties.
We cannot accept the return of used or installed equipment or parts.
SHIPPING
After payment is received, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Your order will be shipped by the following means. If the order is over 100 pounds we will ship on a trucking line strapped to a pallet and shrink-wrapped for the safety of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days to arrive. Items under 100 pounds will be sent to UPS or FedEx please allow 5 days to arrive.
We exclusively use Saia Transportation and the trucking company’s policy allows up to 7 to 10 days for delivery, but in most cases, it will arrive sooner. The trucking company will not be able to tell you where the shipment is in transit, so please do not call and ask. In the unlikely event, your shipment is late contact our office at 601-440-9050.
If your shipment is going to a business address, a semi-truck has to be able to gain access to the business, it must have a loading dock and it cannot be in a residential area or a terminal address. You will be responsible for any additional charges if misinformation is given.
If your shipment is going to the trucking company distribution center, they will call you when the shipment arrives. Your system in most cases will fit in a small pickup truck, SUV, or van.
If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you or your authorized representative are present when the shipment arrives. The trucking company will call you before delivery to set up an appointment window to deliver curbside. Please note, because every shipping terminal does not have smaller trucks available, some restrictions may apply to residential deliveries. Below are just an example of the most common potential delivery restrictions. Other restrictions may still apply. Please contact us at 601-440-9050 if any of these are applicable to you.
- Gravel or dirt roads leading up to address
- Low hanging power lines
- Dead End streets or long drives where a 48′ to 53′ truck is unable to turn around to exit
- Gated communities
- Some rural addresses
- Addresses directly off a major road or highway where stopping could be deemed hazardous or illegal
HVAC Unit Warehouse makes every effort to choose the best trucking company for your area and delivery type, however ultimately if a final destination delivery is deemed not possible by the trucking company, the customer may be required to make arrangements to meet the truck or pickup at the trucking company terminal. If this occurs, please contact us so we can reimburse the residential portion of your shipping fees.
Regardless of which type of shipping you chose, it is important that you open or remove the box and inspect all equipment pieces you purchased from us. HVAC Unit Warehouse takes every precaution to package your items properly for shipment. It is possible that small dents or dings to the cabinets could be found. In this situation, you should notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and accept the shipment. Minor flaws are cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the system or warranty. In the event that major damage is evident, BE SURE to notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged, or items are missing and you have properly notated on the trucking company delivery receipt, the items will be reshipped to you as soon as possible at no additional charge. A damaged shipment is not grounds for canceling your order. It is HVAC Unit Warehouses’ policy to reship your replacement item(s) provided you have properly notated the damage or missing items as outlined above. If you do not want to wait for your replacement, you will be subject to the cancellation policy.
IMPORTANT READ THE BELOW STATEMENT:
IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ACCEPTS THE DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTATING DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS ON THE TRUCKING COMPANY DELIVERY RECEIPT AND DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS ARE FOUND AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES, HVAC UNIT WAREHOUSE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. WE WILL HELP TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS; HOWEVER, YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE TRUCKING COMPANY. IT IS CONSIDERED A CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAIM, AND BUDGET HEATING CANNOT GUARANTEE THE OUTCOME OF THE CLAIM OR PROMISE ANY MONETARY COMPENSATION.
ACCEPTANCE
It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your shipment to be sure it is complete and correct.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items we must be notified within 48 hours, otherwise, your purchase will be deemed completed.
If your order is accepted and signed for, it is deemed as correct. If you find afterward that your order is incorrect, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight to correct the order.
INSTALLATION
We recommend and strongly encourage you to have the system installed by a knowledgeable professional. Regardless of who installs your equipment it must be charged and started by a licensed company or individual.
It is your responsibility to be sure your equipment and supplies purchased from HVAC Unit Warehouse conform to local, state, federal, or Canadian codes. All installations must follow EPA regulations governing the handling of refrigerant. HVAC Unit Warehouse assumes no liability associated with the installation of your equipment.
RETURNS
HVAC Unit Warehouse accepts returns of equipment, supplies, and parts if returned within 14 days of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in original new condition at the purchaser’s expense for freight
We do not accept returns for electrical parts
Items must be received before a refund is issued
We will not accept returns of used or installed equipment or parts
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for the amount of returned items.
If the item or items returned were shipped the cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund
WARRANTY
All manufacturers’ warranties apply based on brand and equipment. HVAC Unit Warehouse offers no labor warranty, as we are not installing your equipment. Your local contractor should supply you with a labor warranty. Your local HVAC company can replace any parts under warranty. HVAC Unit Warehouse will handle the parts exchange for you, a small processing fee may apply plus UPS or FedEx charges. You may also choose to have your local HVAC company process the warranty directly with the manufacturer of the equipment, your warranty is through the manufacturer NOT HVAC Unit Warehouse, however, we will assist.
EXPEDITED PARTS WARRANTY
As a courtesy HVAC Unit Warehouse will allow a customer to pay for the actual cost of the replacement part and send it out to the customer prior to receiving the defective part back.
Please note: We have to charge this fee because HVAC Unit Warehouse must purchase the part at warranty cost, and we do not receive credit from the manufacturer until we return the defective part to them. We must charge the upfront fee to cover our costs in the event you fail to return or return the part late, past the 20-day warranty window at which point it becomes a non-refundable order. Assuming the defective part is received back prior to the 20-day deadline, a credit will be issued for the cost of the part paid upfront on the outbound warranty replacement order.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT HVAC UNIT WAREHOUSE RECEIVES YOUR DEFECTIVE PART WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE NEW PART. IF THE DEFECTIVE PART IS NOT RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE NEW PART, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE WARRANTY PART DEPOSIT PAID ON THE OUTBOUND WARRANTY ORDER. IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE AS WE CANNOT RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR CREDIT AFTER THIS TIME. FOR DATE DETERMINATION WE WILL USE THE PARCEL CARRIER (ex: UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) TRACKING NUMBER AND PROOF OF DELIVERY RECEIPTS.

Typographical Errors
In the event that HVAC Unit Warehouse product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HVAC Unit Warehouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HVAC Unit Warehouse has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HVAC Unit Warehouse issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by HVAC Unit Warehouse without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
